You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
Automatic deletion inside the app
Open spacehead and go to Profile > Name and sign-in > Delete account. Confirming there automatically deletes the account, its synced spacehead data, and the linked RevenueCat customer profile. No email or manual approval is needed.
Cannot access the app?
This fallback exists for people who uninstalled spacehead or can no longer sign in. Email us from the address used to sign in. Include the sign-in email and say that you want the account permanently deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
Email deletion request
If the button does not open your email app, send the request manually to hello@spacehead.app. Verified requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm when the deletion is complete.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account and synced spacehead content, including profile data, check-ins, dream notes, journal entries, rescue and focus history, notification tokens and events, generated content, Talk messages stored in our database, AI reply reports, and the linked RevenueCat customer profile.
What may remain
Google Play or App Store purchase records are controlled by the store and may be retained for financial or legal reasons. Limited security, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may also be retained where permitted. Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in the store where you purchased it.
